Are there any additional service fees?

Each account received a credit of $15 per month towards any sending fees via sms, email, phone calls, email verification, and AI. The vast majority of our clients will not exceed the credited amount, and any additional carrier or sending fees are minuscule compared to the returns they generate.

For example:
$15 in credit is equivalent to approximately 7500 system generated emails

$15 in credit is equivalent to approximately 55552 AI generated content words (a website page with a lot of writing is between 600-700 words)

$15 in credit is equivalent to approximately 250 AI generated conversation messages
$15 in credit is equivalent to approximately 1700 email verifications (email verification verifies emails before sending, to ensure emails are not bounced)

$15 in credit is equivalent to approximately 360 phone calls if using the phone system to generate calls

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at anytime. and then will no longer have access to the integrated software. Just like cancelling any other service or software.

What is your refund policy?

Your initial payment is refundable under our 30 day implementation and launch policy. This means, if for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you have the option to refund. After 30 calendar days from initial payment, there are no refunds available.

For month to month service, you can cancel at anytime. In the event of cancellation during the billing month, the service will cancel at the end of that month, but prior to the new months charges. For example, if you start on June 1st, and then cancel on Aug. 15th, that cancellation will be in effect for Aug. 31st, and you will not be billed for September. Prorated refunds are not available under any circumstances for cancelling half way through a service month. The initial one time build fee is not refundable after the 30 day guarantee expires for any reason.

For annual service, you can cancel at anytime. Your initial payment is refundable under our 30 day implementation and launch policy. After the initial 30 day guarantee, in the event of cancellation on an annually paid service, you will receive a refund, less the accrued month to month rate of 497.

Any refunds have a 30 day hold prior to being released back to the issuing card to prevent fraud.

Any charges from additional email sending, SMS, phone, AI, or automations are not refundable for any reason and are exempt from the 30 day launch guarantee.

Why are you offering a free website?

Because we know what converts, and what users expect from a website. The majority of picture framer websites are highly outdated, and do not follow best practices when it comes to turning digital visitors into shop visits. We have standardized a custom to you template specifically for picture framers that we know works, and there is no point integrating modern cutting edge software into an old outdated website, or into one that does not properly convert into business.

How will I know if it's working?

Everything is fully tracked with data, and proven. We set up unique codes that link back to the point of purchase that enable you to track revenue. This way revenue is proven, trackable, and measurable. All other data points are captured, measured, and compared to ensure KPI's are being met.

Do I have to sign a contract?

There is no contract or obligation to stay.

Is there a minimum term required?

There are no requirements to stay.

I'm just too busy, how much time does it require?

Having owned my own shop, I know exactly how this is. This is why I have developed a process that frees up your time, rather than tying you up further. The initial set up includes a video on how to add us to your Google admin, which takes about 15 minutes. We also send you a drag and drop link to send us some photos and content for the website then we do the rest. If you already have content in place online, then we will do that part for you.

The best part, is that once it is all launched, you will have more time, as a lot of the stuff you are already doing, will be automated, and on easy mode. These integrations will free up more of your time to focus on other things.

My other marketing software has limitations, and charges per user. Do you?

You can have as many users, staff, visitors, and clients as you want without additional expenses. There are no limitations around that.

What was your favourite custom framing project?

It was this behemoth 8 foot x 9 foot Rubiks Cube art that we framed for the First Nations here in Calgary. Float framed, capped with a Roma frame, using Optium Museum Acrylic. When I suggested we float frame it, and he agreed, I had a moment of pause wondering what I was thinking. But we figured it out.
